BREAKFAST

homemade vegetable and herb soup

apple

LUNCHTIME SNACK

1/2 c mixed raw nuts

nonfat vanilla yogurt with goji berries

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK

1 whole avocado

WATER:  2  liters + innumerable little cups of green tea and other teas

Notes:

- Very little appetite today, because I have a lot of negative feelings about some things… To sum it up, I hate people who just can’t calm down, i.e. they have to bang their doors when they close the door, or thump every step they take until the floors rumble. And I can’t sleep with that. OK I’m aware I’m venting here. It’s better to bottle it up.

- Plus, I’m doing homework all day. At one point I forgot to eat until that last huge avocado fills me up.
